After almost a year with this company, I think the clinicians are great! And that is why we continue here. I think the running of the business has a lot to be desired.
Payment has been a MESS!! We pay out of pocket every appointment. Card is ran, receipt is given. On multiple occasions we’ve come in to find out there is a balance owed from 3+ weeks prior (we come in weekly though) because something didn’t go through right or it wasn’t updated in their books correctly.
Keep every receipt you get because likely you’ll be needing to look back through them but even then you may have to get bank statements, and spend a couple hours matching everything up on your own to verify if there are in fact any missing payments.... even though your card was ran every single time you were there...
I agree with another review that scheduling is a mess. If a client works into a set day/time routinely that should be their spot until they notify otherwise. It should not completely fall on the client to make sure they are scheduled 3 months out all the time to hold their spot. This is something the business should make sure is done and make calls if needed to schedule further out so clients don’t end up losing their day/time for two reasons:
1. It’s just simply good business
2. It’s extremely important that those going to counseling, especially kids have consistency!!
Ultimately, if you know these things going into it, you’ll save yourself a lot of frustration. The counselors are ultimately what people come here for, and so far we’ve been happy with them.
