I was looking to get an appointment with Cara. My initial contact was with Sean the receptionist. I submitted some of my information and he needed more. We then began a very slow process of communication. Every time I would try to call I would always get the answering machine. Either I would get a call back the next day or no return call at all. Additionally when I was told I would be emailed, half the time no email was never sent. Needless to say after about a month and a half going back-and-forth I was told my therapist was no longer available. If you’re looking to schedule appointment in a reasonable amount of time I do not recommend this counseling center.Extremely frustrating experience. —- Update: I did hear from the owner of this establishment in an effort to try and resolve my challenge. That goes along way with me so I’m upgrading my review to three stars from two.

She was very professional and helped us come up with a plan to help us get through this tough time. I couldn't be happier with her, and I am glad I found the right counselor the first time.
