Mark Smith along with Robert N Pikel together helped me start a journey to recovery. Robert (Nick) Pikel was sensitive to my initial fears, we worked thru that, he answered all my questions and was extremely helpful in adjusting my brace after total hip surgery, then again after a setback of dislocation. This is the third time I have been referred for PT and this time I picked SelectPT. This is by far the best facility I have ever been to. They have a great staff and the most up to date equipment. Everyone there is very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with.

I've used Select Physical Therapy in MIddletown twice now. The first was several years ago when I had a knee replacement. They had me walking rather quickly but unfortunately the knee became infected and had to be redone. They are helping me know work through a leg fusion. At the start of my sessions, my wife suffered a stroke which caused me to miss sessions. Select was very understanding. The facilities include a very complete array of machines designed to help the patient recover. Coupled with the excellent guidance of the centers manager, Marc Smith, I suggest you can't go wrong here.

Unfortunately this is my third time for therapy at Select in Middletown. I’ve had three operations on my shoulder over the past 2 1/2 years, all due to a fall at work. I keep coming back to Select because they are compassionate, knowledgeable and really care how you are recovering. Not one day goes by that I’m not asked how I feel, how was the last session, what hurts or feels better. They treat every issue of your problem, both mentally and physically. I have been to physical therapy for my back in the past. It’s really not a fun place when your body gets you down, but it is worth it in the end. When I suddenly had a problem with my knee, this time I chose to go to a different place, Select physical therapy. I was pleased with what I saw there, They have a lot of equipment to use, the place is very clean, and the pillows have a fresh smell. But most of all The three guys there are awesome, Mark the manager very nice was the first person to help me, Tyler who worked with me most of the time with my exercises, is really good at what he does, He is really into making you comfortable and getting your body back to good strength. Nick is also a nice therapist very social, but I never worked with him but saw how he was with other people. I would recommend this place to anyone, They did there jobs in helping me get back to walking.

He's highly skilled, compassionate, patient and effective. Now he's treating my husband who needs serious conditioning after a year of overwhelming health issues and hospitalizations.
