This place is a joke. Completely unprofessional. Will not return phone calls. Will not explain what the case plan is. Will not give you any indication of a solution or what can be expected for your child. A bunch of robots. Ethically disgusting.

I find the staff at PSO very supportive in all area's and request's I've made of them. My counselor's has been attentive in resolving my personal issues with me. I credit my counselors for many of my success's in the past few years. I cant say enough how much I have gotten out of counseling from PSO counselors. Excellent, professional care. Dr Fernando was great at explaining the testing results openly and thoroughly, and she provided comprehensive follow-up recommendations. Her test administrator made me feel very comfortable during the testing, as well, which is important. I would highly recommend this practice for neuropsych testing.

I found out today, 10/12/2017, that none of the physician's listed on the website, despite multiple ones that listed "counseling" as one of the services they offer, do in fact no longer offer that service. I could bring my child in for an "evaluation" but only one person on their staff, a Ms. Rodman, does any counseling. Therefore despite what their nicely laid out website says none of the physicians will help us. So just be advised that an "evaluation" is all they will offer. I was very disappointed. I can't give them 1 star or 5 so I'll just put 2.

I wasn't sure what to expect when my physician referred me, but the office receptionist made me feel very comfortable and had already verified that my insurance would cover the appointment and evaluation. They psychologist I saw was wonderful. He took his time to learn about me and I didn't feel rushed. The office got me scheduled back for testing quickly, and then a few weeks later he discussed the results with me directly. Overall, it was a very good experience working with Psychology Specialists, beneficial to me and to my physician who suggested changing my medication because of the evaluation results.

Fantastic care providers. The only negative is difficulty scheduling because they are so busy. It took four phone calls/voicemails to schedule, but beyond that, they are wonderful.

I just want to thank your entire team for everything! Everyone was very knowledgeable and friendly throughout the process. I really appreciated that the timeline and process were explained to me when I called to book my appointment, and I was emailed the week before with an estimate of my costs. I always get the runaround when trying to ask about what my out-of-pocket will be at other clinics. It was nice to have that information up front to allow me to budget. I did have to mostly leave voicemails when I called, but always got a return call the same day. My referring doctor said it was the quickest turnaround for this kind of service he's ever seen which I believe. When calling around initially, I was told 6 months to a year to get in. Who can even wait that long?

Horrible office staff. Have been trying since 4/2018 to get my daughter tested for ADD/ADHD and also help with her depression Finally after visits and test, we went for the results in mid June. They refused to see us stating we owed $560, but we never received an EOB or bill. Just a phone call 10 minutes before the appointment to let me know. Per my insurance company, we only owed $50. They still refused to see us until we paid $560. The check in girl argued with me in front of a full lobby. Office mgr took me into her office and was hateful, rude and very unprofessionaI. I asked for the results so we can take them elsewhere and she told me that I would have to pay $560 for them. I called the insurance company back, appealed it and again, I was only responsible for $50. I emailed that letter to the mgr. no apology. No F you. Nothing. Just thanked me for sending to her. So here we are, July 9th and still nowhere. When our goal was to have it figured out before school. That manager showed me that day that she is not there for the patients. Patients are just a number. Mental Health patients at that. Horrible experience.

We had a lovely experience here and I felt very comfortable with the doctor Sternloff. We took our 8 year old son, and really appreciated the way he spoke to him, not over done, very much treating our 8 year old like an adult, or I should say... speaking to him as such. No cheesy over the top chit chat... just simple and easy. Our son would ask when we were going back, because he enjoyed Dr. Sternloff so much.

Office staff is rude and unhelpful. Dr. Was running 30 minutes late so my appointment was shortened to 30 minutes but insurance was charged for an hour. Was told my doctor would meet with me after testing to go over the results in person. Was not informed until after testing was completed and I was directed to make an appointment to go over my results on my way out that I'd be sent results via portal instead of by appointment. Was not told how to access portal. Every interaction with this office was the opposite of what I would expect of a mental health office. One star because I can't give zero.

My family and I were referred to Psychology Specialists of Oklahoma by a good family friend. We were skeptical because we had been to so many other therapists , and had awful experiences. We're so grateful for these people. I've recommended them to family and friends on several occasions, and they never disappoint.

The staff was very kind and respectful. The services are just way to expensive, after my insurance copay it was still $50 for the initial visit (which isn’t too bad) , then $950 for testing, then another $100-$150 to review the results and find a game plan. They do not offer a payment plan besides half at the time of testing and then half before the results are read. I personally feel that it was a waste of my time.
