My son did therapy with Dr Morris for years and we love her. I had to have my daughter evaluated, and was told by the office staff when they verified insurance it would be a 50 dollar copay. Only to find out after the fact insurance didn’t go through and was stuck with a 845 dollar bill. Would recommend them verifying insurance like the week of the evaluation, I wouldn’t have gone through with the evaluation.

If you want to get a quick Psychological Evaluation call Psychology Specialists of Oklahoma called just now got an appt for March 28th. Called Moore Autism Center in September got an appt for tomorrow. (5 month wait) Was called by them this morning stating they couldn't see him cause he was inpatient at Integris Mental Health Hospital Called Sooner care while waiting for approval by them got a call from them again stating they were canceling his appt cause she been doing this for 10yrs and Sooner Care doesn't pay if child is inpatient. Received call from Sooner Care with approval. Called them back was informed Office manager was gone for the day. Gave them the phone number that was giving to me and have her call them and ask for a IMD. Was told they would call her got a call back stating that she wouldn't be back in the office and she wasn't going to call them. Asked if I want to make another appt NO I would have to wait another 5 months. See you care more about the MONEY then the well being of children. I know Sooner Care is giving you a call to inform you of new policies that went into effect 6 months ago that any child inpatient gets an approval for Psycholohic Evaluations they remove the IMD for a day so the facility doing the evaluation gets paid. Good luck I will not answer you regarding this either found a better place and they know about the IMD removal for one day to get the evaluation done while my son is inpatient at the Mental Hospital cause they know the new laws for Sooner Care.

We were extremely happy with their services and people, BUT! when we changed health insurance companies we felt like we weren't good enough anymore. We had been waiting for several months if not a year to get our Autistic son back in to be seen only for the 2nd time since being diagnosed on the Autism spectrum. The day the phone call came in around June 2016, the young lady started asking several pertinent questions about our son and set up a date and time for his appointment. I was so happy my son was finally going to be seen. But before she hung up I remembered that our health insurance had changed to BCBS and I shared that with her. She then got a monotoned voice and slowly said, "Oh! I'm really sorry but, right now we're only accepting certain patients with a certain kind of health insurance and no BCBS." But she did assure me they would definitely call us back in November 2016 to set up an appointment for my son. Well! It's November 30, 2016 @ 11 PM today and no phone call came at all this month and I'm damn sure not going to hold my breath until it does. I knew when she said it, it was said to appease me so she could get off of the phone without hearing my disgust at their handling of my sons appointment. I am a pretty reasonable guy and just like people to mean what they say and follow through. I hope I can update my review and give a better report in the near future.

Im defently with most these other reviews. Horible place they defently need to be turned in. My grandson is on soonercare he went in for his appt to see med nurse there she never once mentioned what she said she discussed with me. Actually she acted kinda confused like out of it. Kept piddeling with the med bottles stairing at them. Then i followed her directions on getting them refilled and have been given the run around. They sure took that state money for that apointment though. If u are looking for a great place call putnam north family medical center. Ms. Pittman. I ended up having to call her she is his old one cause so far out there. WARNING Moore counceling center is a joke and defently needs to be turned in.

My daughter liked Dr. Smiley but the office staff is horrible. They told me no one in the office took Aetna and I had to meet my deductible (500) then it would be 80/20. I told them I could not do that. When I checked with my insurance they had been paying as a network provider for months. Every office person I talk to tells me something different and Rachel will tell me she is going to review my account and call me back (3 times) and won't call back. I am going somewhere where the office staff cares about their patients.

I haven’t been here yet, but I’ve been told that I might be autistic by my psychologist, and family and friends, do they test for aspbergers/autism here? Any help will be appreciated
