Very disappointed in the staff. After a week and a half of calling to schedule an appointment I was finally able to get a hold of someone. The day of my appointment I hit bad traffic so I called the office 40 minutes prior to my sons appointment to let the receptionist know. The receptionist then told me its totally fine and to take my time, when I arrived they told me I would have to reschedule because the therapist would not stay past 5. I asked the receptionist why she could not inform me of this on the phone when I told her I was running late because I drove over an hour coming form Oklahoma City. Front staff just disappointing -

Beautiful Disaster

I can't thank Brenda James enough. My son's pediatrician told me; he's fine, don't compare to others & wouldn't refer him to anyone, just in case. I found Brenda James through a friend. She listened to everything I had to say. She constantly watches my son the whole time we are there. She is going above and beyond trying to figure out what's going on with my 3 yr old. Once I saw how amazing she was, I asked if she'd take me on as a patient. I am really struggling. Haven't slept in months. I needed help also. She's helped me more than any other doctor has ever helped my whole 33 yrs. I drive from Surrey Hills just for Brenda. She has been a huge help to my son & I. Thank you Brenda so very much for caring and trying your very best. May God bless you in every way. You're a great woman and we are unbelievably lucky to have found you.

*Update*: this office has went DRASTICALLY downhill! Takes forever to get patients in AND not refilling patients needed meds in a timely manner* Be Leary ! I’ve updated my rating to reflect this as well. *Original post* : I work in an office where we regularly refer patients to Dr. Commander , Lindsey in the front office is so helpful and answers any questions we may have as well as helps us navigate the process with our patients. Thank you for going above and beyond for your patients as this process can be extremely stressful for some. Keep up the good work!

We took our 10 year old son here for testing. Amber was patient with him and allowed small breaks when he became restless. When we went back for our feedback appointment, Dr. Commander was very kind and sincere. He spoke to us kindly and in ways we could understand. Not all that doctor lingo lol. He is the first to offer us a lot of info on my son's diagnosis. My he has already warned me that when the report is ready that it will be big because he'd rather us have too much info than not enough. If I could give this place more stars, I would. And the lady at the front was very welcoming and friendly. It's a place of no judgements!!

My son went for a few sessions and liked his counselors just fine. We drive in from Ada and had a scheduling issue that they were going to address and call us back on. No call. I have since called three times and left messages regarding finding an appointment time and have not gotten one call back. I feel that they must not be interested in having us return, which seems like a strange way to operate a place that is meant to support wellness. Finding a counselor/therapist is a big decision and to be treated with such disregard is frustrating.

I was excited to be taking my daughter here as I’d heard many good things. I couldn’t even get an appointment made because the receptionist was so rude! I was so frustrated with her. She didn’t know anything and told me someone else would call me back....that never happened. I called back and she said she did not get any of my messages. Really unfortunate I could not even get past the first step.
