I was here last year and just saw the option to write a review. The facility was nice. The reception staff was fantastic and were the best part of my visits to this location. However my psychologist Monica was not great--she tried to convince me over many weeks that I was not transgender, I had to choose to be male or female (basically forcing binary) but since I was born female that was the right choice, and that by transitioning I would be "rejecting God's design." I had to pretend to be okay with being called a girl, and by having my mental illness/conditions brushed off until I couldn't anymore. Perhaps Monica is a good psychologist, but not for trans individuals or anyone who advocates for themselves.
