Waited 3 weeks to get an appointment only to have Victoriya Reich's office cancel an hour before the appointment. We did our part with calling our insurance and filling out forms she should have double checked her schedule and patients. Canceling an hour beforehand is unprofessional and unacceptable. Looks like I am not the only one with this issue.

Brecksville office staff messed up insurance and after speaking to Billing department it can not be fixed. It would have been covered under my insurance, Incompetence at the highest level.
