Stay away from Monica Halter. She is unprofessional and the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with in the medical field. She’s talked down to me multiple times and always made me feel less than. She keeps you waiting in the waiting room forever too, and then sees you for less time than you actually waited for her. I’ve been seeing for almost two years and she has yet to give me a diagnosis. She’s told me multiple times that she hasn’t seen me enough. She refused to refill my prescription to my insurance requirements. I asked her to call me about it and a week later she finally called me back after I left messages multiple times. What if I was in desperate need? She has a nasty attitude and I refuse to go to Psych BC again because of her. Dear Monica Halter, you’re the worst.
