My wife has fibromyalgia and various back and knee issues. OPT has always treated her very well, and the treatments have been quite effective. She had a 120 bend 1 week after knee replacement surgery (normal) mainly due to the treatments to get her ready. They let you take time to do the exercises, and with supervision on form. I have been there myself for a pinched nerve, my son for football injuries. OPT always comes through for us.

With genuine concern for the well-being and physical health of all members of this community, I must review this company. The physical therapist who manages this location has one motivation, and it's in your pocket. They do not adhere to the core values of physical therapy as stated by the APTA in far too many ways. They wouldn't have their license anywhere else. My personal experience was enough to form my opinion, however, I was warned by many others before. A personal trainer would have been more effective than the physical therapists I had. It's not hard to see; I have many students who shadow there and do not enjoy going back.

I saw Hope at this location for a couple a few visits. She was fantastic. She went out on medical leave and then I was switch to the PT Asst for the remainder of my visits. Not one conversation with an actual PT. No follow up on progress. Ended up switching to a PT at TriHealth and have had much success
