I get concerned when trying to make a first appointment and no one answers but an answering machine and never a return phone call. Sounds like they are cutting corners by being short staffed.

My visits started out fine but the more I would go it seemed the less and the less the lady I was seeing remembered about what I was telling her. I'm not sure if I want to go back, I just felt like I wasn't being heard or even remembered.

I'll give the third star based solely on my long lasting relationship with the practitioner and quality of care I received from her, but the receptionist, who I believe is somehow an administrator, is rude, standoffish and dismissive. I attempted to reconcile a nearly decade long relationship after a six month lapse in insurance, and was met with immediate confrontation and apathy. Needless to say I'll seek treatment elsewhere.
