Case manager couldn't remember my name and claimed i had appointments we never arranged. Made the only appointment we ever had about her problems. Therapist didn't show up for an appointment. Mind you i only went with them for a month. I asked for help finding a psychiatrist and no one ever got back to me.

Went in for an intake. The person never showed up so someone else took me after an hour of sitting there. Said they would have the other therapist the suggested call me and set up an appointment. She never called so I called. She was on Vacation for a whole week. They said she would be back on Monday. Monday came and no call. So I called Tuesday. It is now Thursday. Still nothing. I have called this place a grand total of 4 times since the first appointment. My mental health can't wait for you people to get it together!
