Most importantly, the counselors are thorough from assessment to treatment plan. They take an approach which I think is unique among providers in that they treat the whole person, not just the symptom. Someone coming to them for alcohol abuse will be treated for the underlying causes of that alcohol abuse, not just put on a twelve-step plan and pushed out the door. If you're serious about getting better, Directions is the best option hands down.
