As a professional in the healthcare field for 35 years, I am not impressed. If you have a child with issues or is in any way connected to a County Court, please seek their therapy at Children's Hospital. Issues... 1 On 2 occasions we arrived to find no appointment was scheduled. Fix that problem with reminder calls or emails 2 No treatment plan ever discussed No questions were answered professionally Fix this issue with therapist providing his/her biography/education and treatment regime Therapist must answer questions to families concerns. Do not allow Therapists to use statements like times up, I have other patient 3 Pts allotted and paid for time used to accompany therapist in therapist's personal concerns or cleaning bird poop off car. 4 HIPPA concerns Fix..Education for office Absolutely no discussion in waiting room about personal or other Informational issues ie. bill due This review in not being written as a malelious act but as an awareness and educational posting.

I don’t know how to put this. The therapy is good. But the office manager Denise is impossible. I am trying to rectify a billing matter. She has two patients confused, the therapists confused and she will not provide an itemized bill. She is unprofessional. She hung up on me after stating she will send the bill to collections. I went to talk to her in person. She said she is done speaking to me and threatened calling the police. What? Really? No one was making a scene. She closed her little window on my hand, and turned to another employee and said “see?” I asked who she answered to. She said “she is in charge. She runs the place. She has no bosses.” I left. Wisely, I was recording myself on video talking to her so she can’t claim I was doing something wrong. I did calmly question her attitude and professionalism. Her response tells a load about her. All I can say is- how is this possible? How is that anyway to run a business?

If you're on the search for qualified therapists, try here! I called and got in asap. I've done my fair share of therapist trial and error, have been disappointed quite a few times until I found this practice. They are phenomenal + competent! The front end staff is very kind and helpful. You'll feel comfortable from the time you arrive to the time you leave. I read about the therapists on their website before I chose who I was interested in seeing. I recommend trying that, since we all have different needs. I have had a great experience thus far.
