I was trying for weeks to get in touch with my case manager and no response or anything I needed help and she wasn’t there!!! This is why I hate places like this they seem like the care then just stop talking to you all together what was the point of meeting you??

I committed suicide in June 2016. Yes, committed. If I had a dnr I would not be writing this. I had no insurance and my bill was picked up by ADAMH. And I was assigned to Concord for therapy and med management. I couldn't ask for better care. If I'm in crisis I know I can at least speak to one of the nurses. That's all it takes. For an organization as large as Concord it is astonishing how many of their personnel know you by name. I am treated w up most respect. If I don't understand something it is explained until I do. If I need to have sessions w family members, they are welcomed. Questions on care or meds, no problem. And I know that they really do care about me. They saved my life. I can only give 5 stars. If there were more, I would give them every one of them. Oh!!! On site pharmacy. Almost all my needs under one roof, except physical care. I believe that is in the works.
