DO NOT seek counseling here. All they care about is money, not the patient. They don’t own up to any of their mistakes, billing is rude, management is rude this place is absolutely NOT worth it. You’ll find better somewhere else.

Don’t get me wrong therapist will use for children is wonderful. All of our kids love her. If I were reviewing her I would give it five stars. However I’m reviewing Compass Point itself. The billing sucks! Every bill is super confusing you can’t tell what’s been paid by insurance and what hasn’t! And when you call to ask The billing department explain it to you they can’t explain it either. The therapists that work here would probably be better off going somewhere else. I’m sure they have lost many clients due to the billing. And I have a feeling they don’t get paid until you or your insurance company pays. That’s awful because they do a great job!
