Top tier experience and treatment- Dr. Dibra, Ayers and their staff are incredibly knowledgeable, accommodating and genuinely helpful and effective with their prescribed therapies. Having bounced around between a couple of active duty bases with intermittent back issues this has been one of the most effective treatments at helping mitigate my back tension and lower back pain. I was very impressed and stuck by the level of care and attention provided to myself and each individual patient with the intent to genuinely recover and improve, compared to the frequent quick-fix “band-aid” treatments commonly experienced in the military health care system. Dr. Dibra and Ayers are true experts in their field and in the course of interacting with them I often got to hear about their continuing education through conferences and other modes of learning. Their facilities and equipment are all new, well maintained and state of the art and they are constantly adding and growing their available tools for treatment. I would highly recommend requesting them for a referral for potential military patients and advocate the same to anyone else in need of physical therapy.

I went to Premier Physical Therapy with interior knee pain after exhausting all my usual remedies. Dr. Dibra and Dr. Ayers compliment each other well as a team. They tailored therapy and recovery for my lifestyle and repaired what I feared was an end to my marathon hobby. The facility is clean and well equipped, the support staff are very kind and helpful and scheduling was extremely flexible. This is admittedly my first experience with physical therapy but I’m very happy.

Definitely the best physical therapy there is! I went to other physical therapists and none of my needs were met and there was no progression. Spent 1 month at premier and noticed a tremendous change and a huge leap forward in my physical health! By far the best doctors around! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM I went to 9 sessions of PT at Trinity and didn't see any real results. They run you through like cattle there and my PT worked on me and 1 or 2 other patients at the same time at every appt. At Premier PT I feel like Dr D and Dr. A really do care about getting to the root of the issue and finding me relief. The office is always so clean and it is such a comfortable atmosphere. Everyone there is so nice and they work really well with my insurance company. I HIGHLY recommend them!

The staff here is very friendly, knowledgable, and organized. The routine is very structured and individualized. The focus is on retraining and reinvigorating the muscle group that is bothering you. Each room is very clean with a calming environment with blue walls and clouds on the ceilings. The TVs in each room are high quality Samsung AMOLED, which is great for passing the time while stretching and exercising. The scheduling of appointments is very fluid and easy. They send a text message reminder and always call the weekday before. They leave a voicemail if I don't answer and are always very respectful in their correspondence. I very highly recommend Premier PT. The appointments last about an hour and have been very effective.

After only 6 weeks it no longer hurts to run or do some light weights and I no longer have the limp that I’ve been walking with for the last year and a half. Before coming to their office I had visited two medical doctors, massage therapist, and a chiropractor without any successful easement of my pain. I feel like the staff treats their patients as if they were their own family. They stay completely focused on getting you better. I've never once felt like I wasn't a priority to them. My treatment was effective and efficient. I started therapy when my back pain was so bad that I could barely walk. My pain was addressed first before starting rehab. Within a few months I was completely pain free, and back to normal functioning. I recommend this facility to everyone I meet. The pain started two duty stations ago, 3 physical therapist later. My shoulder has been strengthened to a point it hasn't had since the injury. At first I thought, there isn't much hope as I expected to do the same old routines. Blessed it wasn't that way. The muscle building exercises intentions wasn't about activating the pain but to relax the weakened area to build in a gentle way. Yes I felt muscle stress but it was relaxing. Also I was always reminded when my appointment was near. I'm terrible with remembering dates even if I have my calendar set and alarm so loud.

The whole staff is very nice and accommodating. Both physical therapists take the time to listen and are very knowledgeable. They also have late evening appointments and are very military friendly. I was referred here for hip and back pain and did not have high hopes since I had been to several physical therapy referrals previously, but my pain is now manageable and I have resumed my exercise routine (with some modifications). I'm sad that I am moving away.

I heard about Premier Physical Therapy from a friend who knew someone who had wonderful results with these people. When I contacted them for an appointment I was suffering excruciating pain 24 hours a day, no relief from spinal stenosis and bulging discs. What they were able to do for me in just three sessions was beyond even the miraculous. I was at my wits end, even the prescribed opioids from a medical doctor was not relieving the pain. But the therapy treatment from this place got me off the pain meds and on my feet again. Premier Therapy was a miracle for me. I would recommend them to anyone. They are indeed experts at back and neck pain, no surgery and no pills could do for me what they were able to.
