Never ever ever utilize this place. They broke HIPPA policy right in front of me like it was nothing. They will try their best to extort money from you. They will lie to your face and tell you that you have no option other than to do as they say. I am going to file a formal complaint with the state of nd. If anyone else wishes to do so, you have 180 days from the date of the incident to do it. This is the place your mother warned you about.

I was reffered (they signed me up for more without me knowing) for more therapy even tho I have no mental or emotional problems or any other issues that would make therapy necessary. I am mentally stable and enjoy myself and they think I need someone to read off scripted suggestions of why I need help and how everything gets better when I'm already happy.

Took over three weeks to fill a prescription and when you call and ask them for the 5th time to send the fax over to the pharmacy they want to charge an inconvenience fee for the doctor's time for signing it. Go elsewhere. Seriously. They don't care that you're suffering from medication withdrawals.

Agassiz Associates will seem helpful on the surface until you need something of importance. Don't expect anyone from this organization to actually go to bat for you, because it won't happen. A single issue of importance and they threaten the patients and drop them, rather than look out for your best interests. You can be seen there, they will be nice on the surface, just don't expect much for results or help. They are like the neighbor who witnessed your family being harmed, but don't want to say anything because they don't want to get involved.

Went there on my own volition to get help and they treated me as if I was I was a court ordered convict who was incapable of responsibility. I found respectable counseling elsewhere that turned my life around.

I have always had a great experience going here. The person that I see has helped tremendously, and listens to my concerns. My doctor works with me closely to help find the best solution for myself, and will always listen instead of just telling me what i need to do, and works with me if I belive the treatment wont work, or if I feel something else might be of benifit.

Agassiz Associates and their awesome staff have been a tremdous help to myself and my children. If you need to get your life back on track Agassiz is the place to go! They do call you out on your b.s. cuz lying to yourself and oyhers is no way to live! Tanner and his staff do an awesome job at helping others recover from lifes struggles. I would recommend everyone and anyone to Agassiz

I went there years ago and had to stop the issues I was having came back to me and that's not what I was looking for. I was looking for someone to help guide me to helping the issues and "well if you would have done ........" was now what I was looking for.

All good till they drop you without notice 2 weeks before you finish. As previous reviews stated, promise to handle legal issues until something comes up. Then they hand you your walking papers and treat you like garbage. Really felt like they were different and better until I needed something. Thanks Agassiz for waisting my time.

Great staff. Great environment. The only time I had a problem with my counselor was when I had a problem with myself. The staff will call you out on your B.S and you will dislike them for it. But it's exactly what you need. I definitely urge others to seek help with Agassiz associates. Don't resist the aid they provide, even if you don't like it.

lol don't bother. especially with Paula. If you miss an appointment good luck getting in for a month. Then they'll blame you for not calling to be on a cancellation list, except I've been on it 4 times and I've never received a call. She'll blame you like it's your fault that you missed your appointment. Didn't even give me 5 minutes to explain why I was given xanax DESPITE telling her I was prescribed it from someone else. Pathetic place and pathetic staff. Use CPC or Altru instead. And that's saying a lot.

These people are mandatory reporters, yet when any of their patients, disabled or elderly, are harassed, exploited, and abused, they scold the patient rather than report the matter as required by law. One would think the staff would report on behalf of their clients whether it is mandatory or not, but when they allow their patients, especially elderly and disabled patients to be abused, then scold the patient instead, something is terribly wrong.
