I had some issues with the company at first, however as soon as the owner became aware of these she made a diligent effort to correct them and did. She like any business person cares about what her client's needs are and in the future I will attempt to resolve any problems prior to just posting on Google as this can quickly ruin a reputation. Especially when they take satisfactory measures to rectify any problems.
