Needed pyschological testing for my son. Took nearly 2mths and 2 appt for my son to see Dr. Katchman. It'll appt was at Fayetteville office. 2nd appt with Dr. Katchman was at Hopemills location. After talking for 30 to hr. It was insinuate d that I was seeking services so my son wouldn't be held back. We I spoke with management she completely ignored my complaint. Some of the staff are great and others not so much. My concerns were geninge and if they had taken time to coordinate with my son's school they would've found that out. My son was promoted to the 2nd grade and has been receiving services elsewhere.

Wouldn't recommend to your worst enemy. Very unprofessional and gives out false information. Also will not give you your medical records when you voluntarily leave their practice. Please do your research. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS OFFICE.
