Very poor customer service. My wife and I took our daughter here for testing. The receptionist was very cold and distant. In the end, we will never use their services. We can't get beyond the unwelcoming attitude we encountered.

Wish I could give Zero stars actually because I've had a horrible experience with this organization. First of all, Ms.Vera was recommended to me by a provider on post so I went through the process and setup an appointment. I set appointments a few different times and each time I had to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances and also because I was unaware that Tricare made changes as well. At no time was I made aware of a cancellation policy which would mean filling out an appeal form due to canceling the appointment. One of the reasons for my cancellations was inclement weather which affected the school closing, the second time it was due to an acute visit for my son who came down with the flu. In any event that's neither here nor there, I understand that time is MONEY but in this thing called life one should not be in the business of "helping" individuals if the Money is all they care about. I took the time and filled out an appointment appeal form but to no avail it was in vain. I'm on a quest to find a new provider, a little sad that I didn't get to experience the so-called "goodness" of Haymount and their providers but if this is how new patients are treated I will gladly take this loss. My advice to anyone considering this place is to think long and hard because the lack of flexibility and empathy speaks Volumes.
