Currently the firm has a score of 3.7 out of 5 and this rating has been based on 6 reviews.

You may have noticed that its rating is high, and it's based on quite a few feddbacks, so the evaluation is rationally credible, although it doesn't have a very high amount of scores to confer it full credibility.

You know that we do not usually bother to place tatings when they are positive and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or incidence...

Ginny Mills and her staff provided our family with an incredible amount of compassion, support and professionalism. She provided us with clear guidance based on her extensive knowledge and experience. Ginny was recommended to our family and it turned out to be one of the best calls that we have ever made. It is a journey, but with Ginny's guidance, we now have hope.....

Our family has been working with Full Life for over 3 years. We had been to many counselors, psychiatrists, etc to help my son with addiction. We finally found Full Life and they have been instrumental in helping my son, and us, navigate the disease of addiction. It’s not an exaggeration to say they saved his life. They helped us every step of the way from determining if had the disease of addiction and wasn’t just going through a phase, finding the right recovery program for him, counseling my husband and I, providing intensive outpatient counseling to help our son learn to live sober, and drug testing. They have every service that you need when battling addiction for all family members. I can’t recommend them highly enough and can’t imagine where our family would be without them.

Here comes HK with another therapy review. I'm trying to go. I'm trying to get my life together. But I have a real problem with disrespect for people's time and that seems to be a theme with therapy. In my own professional practice as a nurse, I am a huge proprietor of respect for people's time. I expect the same when I seek care. So basically I made an appointment here under high recommendation. I was asked to come in thirty minutes early to fill out paperwork. I arrived around 1227 to find no one in the lobby but several clipboards with paperwork laid neatly on the desk. I chose one and proceeded to fill out approximately 20 pieces of paperwork. At 1302 (my appointment was at 1300) someone who was clearly a therapist themselves wandered through the lobby. I verified that I was in the right place. Now she was very kind, but this did not get me seen, she just told me that everybody was in a meeting. At 1310, the person who was described to me by the original therapist appeared through the front door late back from lunch. At 1317 after a 47 minute wait and 17 minutes of my appointment gone, I left. About an hour after I left, I received a call from the office manager, I believe her name was Susan. She offered me another appointment with a different therapist and I declined. I clearly stated that I did not want to move forward due to my terrible first impression of their service. I then received a second call an hour later from Charlie who stated the other therapist was going to call me and to expect that call. I was very clear to the first person I did not want to return. At this point, it felt like harassment. It also concerns me that I never provided any paperwork or consents for them to share any information about me, even interdepartmental and yet I received calls from three separate people. Now my insurance covers therapy pretty well, a lot of insurances don't; if you're paying out of pocket here, you're looking at upwards of $135 a session to be disrespected and disregarded. I don't know about y'all, but I'm not about that life. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND.

There are not enough words to express my gratitude for what the staff has done to facilitate a life-saving transformation in my daughter. In a field where many programs make promises, it has been my experience that it is a rare to experience a program that consistently applies recovery principles across the board. My daughter is a miracle today living a joyful recovery center guy and I could not be more grateful. Teresa G. Southern Pines North Carolina

Ginny Mills and her staff are extremely caring and helpful. They know what it is like to feel lost, scared, and not know where to turn for help for addiction, whether for yourself or for a family member. They look at each situation, what the immediate needs are, and develop a plan that can include a needs assessment, intervention, treatment options, and individual counseling and coaching. Full Life also has support groups available for those in recovery and for parents whose children are both active in addiction or in recovery. They also offer a sober living community in their Full Life Transitions program. I am grateful for Full Life Counseling and Recovery. Ginny helped save my family and gave us hope again.
