I can't say enough about how great Dr. Cottle treats his patients! He is caring, thorough, understanding and probably the best psychiatrist in the Triad! I would never go to another psychiatric!!!!! I highly recommend him! By the way, he is always right!

I wish i was able to give 0 stars. I’ve never in my life experienced a doctor as unprofessional as Dr. Cottle. God forbid you run out of medicine at night and Dr. Cottle is on call. He’ll attempt to make you feel bad for you needing medicine because it inconvenienced him. He’ll also threaten to kick you off the practice if you EVER dare to wake him up with your worthless mental issues. This man is absolutely disgusting in every way possible. I NEVER do reviews, in my mind it’s a waste of time but this guy is so terrible, uncaring and unprofessional that i went out of my way to make a Gmail account just to put up a review. There are plenty of local practices, don’t give any of your money to this man so he can just worry about his convertible and his good night sleep.

Dr. Cottle is the epitome of what a psychiatrist should be. He was extremely patient and kind during the process of titrating up my medication and then came up with a solution when my effective dose was causing side effects. I was suffering from extreme anxiety and depression and his reassurance and calm demeanor made the decision to try medication a much easier one. I consider his practice in medicine a blessing and I'm so grateful I have him as my psychiatrist. Go see him. Tell him I sent you.
