Sanity Now

My daughter went from not wanting to leave the house to taking Driver’s Ed and playing Tennis with me (among other things) because of Dr. Russ. My daughter has suffered from Emetophobia for 6 years now. Two years ago, I was blessed enough to find Dr. Russ through a google search. Not only does Dr. Russ specialize in Emetophobia, but his daughter also suffered from it. When we started seeing Dr. Russ, my daughter had been suffering from Emetophobia for 4 years, so the fear was paralyzing at that point. She would not go anywhere because if it was too hot outside, she felt nauseous, and thought she would throw up. If she went in the car, she felt car sick and felt like she would throw up. She lost a lot of weight because she didn’t want to eat hardly any food, to assure herself she would not throw up. It was terrible and very hard for our whole family to see her that way. Dr. Russ has gave her her teenage life back and help me get my daughter back. I can’t come up with the words to let Dr. Russ know how grateful I am to him. We are still going to see him, but she is almost all better. She now makes drives to Myrtle Beach to see her family, she is at a healthy weight, goes outside in the heat to play tennis with me, is taking Driver’s Ed to start driving, among other things I thought would never be possible again. Thank you so much!!!!

Kate Leggit may have some counseling skills but she lacks the most important thing: compassion. It's not all about money, especially if you call yourself a Christian counselor. What's sad is that she is willing to lose a client that really needed help in favor of money. So sad...
