Terrible experience: I was referred by a family member/doctor to your practice, I called to set up a appt and was told that someone has to verify my insurance before scheduling and that it will only take 15mins. I said ok and waited for them to return my call. Well the call never came (Strike 1) and I called back the next business day. I was told that they did not have my information and asked for my info again. (Strike 2) and then waited until the next business day. I called back again on that Friday and finally they had verified my insurance and scheduled a appt. Then I rec'd a call the following week telling me that the person that I was going to be seeing does not have any available slots and most of the current patients takes up the afternoon slots. I informed the receptionist that this has been one of the worst unorganized places I have dealt with in a while. So basically they are not taking any new patient's. To Dr. April Britt your administration needs more training on organizational skills and being people of their word because you never know who knows who. I take it that I wasn't meant to be there and found another doctor the next day and they called me right back after verifying my insurance. This practice is full of unethical crooks. Use someone else. They violate your rights and provide inaccurate diagnoses.

Nice people. Sloppy care and mistakes. Fine if you dont really need it. If what you need is importent dont come here. If you got kids try somewhere else.

I would like to say what wonderful people. Dr. Britt is amazing and so is Mrs. Nobles. Both my kids have been going there now for over a year and had been through an ugly divorce. I do not know how we would have made it through it with out there professional guidance. They also know the court system well. I cant say enough great things about AHB.
