Great councilors! Very nice staff and in a convenient location.

I had an earlier experience with a psychologist that was so traumatic that I stayed away from the mental health profession for years. My son finally persuaded me to try it again. My experience with Bosque has been the polar opposite of my other experience. I have found all the staff to be caring and compassionate, yet, at the same time, highly professional. I can't say enough good things about them! I should also mention that I am a trans woman, a member of a group that is sometimes refused care by members of the medical or mental health professions, and I have found only kindness at Bosque..

I've been going to this facility for about a year or so, not only is my therapist wonderful the entire staff is also. From the receptionist, front office staff, and other therapist my visits are overwhelming wonderful. It's not easy going to see a Mental Health Specialist to sort out your issues and get you back on track, but I look forward to my visits every week. I'm treated as someone, someone who is valuable . I applaud this facility for what they are " remarkable, caring, professional. Thank you Bosque Mental Health (and my therapist)for not only helping me get on track but keeping me there.5 stars isn't enough for your ratings. Blessings trjohnson

Bosque Mental Health has helped me deal with difficult challenges in my life. The staff and my therapist are responsible, ethical and caring. I would not be where I am today in my career or personal life if it hadn't have been for my therapist's support and guidance.

I had a hard time finding a therapist so when I found one at Bosque I was happy. The 1st time I met mine it seemed like a good fit, however when we discussed the next appointment, she kept trying to convince me to see someone else if it the times weren't going to work. I kept telling her I would make it work as I had just told her my whole story. About 4 sessions in I was talking and she appeared to nod off to sleep. It happened a couple more times. I cancelled my next appointment. She has not called or checked on me since then. It's been over a month. Not professional at all. Plus she would start late and end right on time so I never got my full hour I paid for.

Professionalism with a touch of kindness. The staff is very welcoming and there follow up is as good as any that I have encountered. Communication is excellent both in the administrative and therapeutic level. I owe this team greatly from picking me up from by far the most difficult challenge that I have lived through.

I have found beautiful facilities and helpful, friendly staff at Bosque Mental Health!

Complete lack of respect for people's lives and time coming from the reception area which they cover up with smiles, pleasantries and lies; obviously in an attempt to not get in trouble with their superiors. They forget to refill medication or never call you when it is ready and tell the doctor you never came to pick the Meds up, all promises they make and never fulfill. Appointment reminder calls? Nope! I get reminded of othe people's appointments and then apologized to because "somehow my number was transferred to someone else's profile" (on several occasions) causing me to miss several appointments. When you finally get to meet with someone, there has a obviously been some sort of "talks" or "meeting" because everyone is acting very a awkward towards you which appears the doctor has been given the most convenient side of the story. That lack of professionalism is something I would stay away from. I need efficient communication from a mental health provider and Bosque and I do not seem to be on the same page with that. I DO NOT feel welcome there don't think I will be taking our business there anymore. Good luck if you do. ✌

Idk, I have mixed feelings about this place, but mostly hate them for charging $75 for every missed appointment. I have a memory issue, so it's sometimes really for me to remember drs appts and sometimes I'm great, but when I DO forget, I'd like to not have almost $100 hanging over my head for my mental health! That made me really angry because I had to stop going here since then, because Idk when of IF that money will come back off my acct, I can't afford to pay it, and by principle, REFUSE to pay it. But there's not much in the way of mental health clinics that are accepting new patients. I realized why I settled for this little hole in the wall clinic in the first place. THERE'S, LIKE, NO ONE ELSE!

Everything about Bosque Mental Health is excellent. They hire caring, experienced mental health care professionals and their office is very peaceful and inviting.

The office staff I interacted with were not very accommodating and slightly rude--not to the point of a 1 star rating, but still, for a mental health agency, it was disappointing to not be shown more respect.

I love Bosque Mental Health! The moment you enter the warm, welcoming lobby you feel comfortable and relaxed. From the receptionist, to Annette the Operations Manager, to Cathy the Executive Director, all are devoted to ensuring a positive experience. I’ve known Elisa Montrose-Roback, MA, LMFT, for many years and have seen her have some absolutely amazing results, particularly with children. I would recommend Elisa and Bosque Mental Health to everyone! —Carmel

This January will be marking two years that I have gone to this clinic. I've had a simply wonderful experience. The staff is very friendly and visit with me and my son everytime we go in. I have dealt with quite a bit of trauma in my life and my therapist has been the one thing in my life that has been solid. I don't know what I would have done without her, she means the world to me! I know that without her I would've been on a very different path today and I would not be doing half as well as I am now. She is the only person I feel truly listens to me. I can tell her anything and she will listen without judging me for what I say. I'm so grateful for everything she has done for me and my family.

Sometimes in life, we can use a little help. I am happy to report that when I needed someone unbiased to talk to, Mary Cline at Bosque Mental Health Associates was my go-to place! The location is very easy to get to and only 10 minutes off of the freeway, very easy parking and short distance to the entrance (in case you are disabled). Upon entering, the ambiance is gentle and kind to the eyes. I was always greeted pleasantly and my therapist Mary Cline was always on-time and "present" for my session. Mary listens thoughtfully, asking the right questions that led me down the path for healing. Mary conducts "Somatic Therapy" which is a slow, systematic breathing exercise to help clear your mind. relax your body and work on "stuff" from the inside. Mary was always kind, patient and caring in our sessions and never pushed me to go where I didn't want to. If you have certain insurances, the sessions are Free. If you are looking for a great therapist in a relaxed easy location, LOOK NO FURTHER!!

From the first time I called for my mom and seeing a therapist we had a great experience at Bosque. The front office staff were so helpful and organized. I appreciate the care we received every time we came . Yenny is so sweet every time I had to wait for my mom she is so friendly. The building is so beautiful and peaceful it is like going to a spa. Honestly , if you are motivated to change the therapists here are so amazing.

I have now had experiences with this center with both myself and my son, and neither have been great. For myself, the gentleman I was seeing spent most of our first two sessions talking about himself and his professional reach and how he was a great helper, corralling me into talking about something unrelated to what I needed. He then rescheduled my appointments multiple times for... whatever reason. Life happens, sometimes docs are ill too or need to attend a conference to better their professional skills - okay, that's fine. When I rescheduled one appointment because I had a very important interview which conflicted with our time slot - and had warned him about a week before hand - I received a letter detailing how I didn't respect our time together and so he was dropping me from his service. Okay. Sure. Most docs have a three strikes no-show rule and are fairly forgiving on rescheduling with enough notice, so this seemed a little stringent, but, whatever. I needed the job more than I needed him. Fast forward to recently - I was recommended back to this clinic for my young son. I decided to give it another shot, because his mental health is more important than my grudge. When my son came down with a high fever on the day of our initial appointment, I called repeatedly during business hours and got no answer. So I finally left a message explaining the situation and planned to call back when he was better to reschedule (if anyone would answer the phone - this seems to be a problem here). A short time after our scheduled appointment time, I got a snarky message from his therapist, whom I had reached out to a day or two before to kind of run things down with her, stating that she assumed that we had skipped the session because she hadn't answered me in time, giving me a list of all the things happening in her life and family that prevented her from a speedy response (who's the therapist here?) No, I said. He was sick. I left a message with your front office after no answer of repeated calls. Okay - sure, so let me know when he's better and we'll get together, she replied. It's now been a week, and I haven't heard a single thing back from her, despite multiple texts and - yet again - multiple calls with no answer to the main office. Instead, we've both been filtered through emergency psych because the professionals whom we hired to help us didn't. So, we're done. We'll be finding new therapists who actually care about helping people in need, rather than making excuses and then ignoring follow-up communications.

I had an appointment today with Mary Cline, and while I liked her at first, her behavior toward me at the end of our appointment was completely unacceptable. I spent many hours on the internet searching for the best therapists to help me with my suicidal depression. After an arduous search, I was hopeful Bosque Mental Health would be a good fit for me. I told Mary about the therapists I've recently been to who were of no help (I've been to 5 therapists in the last 3 months). She listened to my frustrations about everything that has been going on. Mary then informed me that she would not be there for the next couple of weeks. I became frustrated by this because I am eager to begin my treatment and I liked her. She tried to see if another therapist would see me the next couple of Saturdays, but I didn't want to do that. She did offer to refer me to another agency, but I had already explained to her that I've tried at least a dozen other places; therefore, I didn't want to do that either (the places I've tried were either not accepting new clients, unable to work with my schedule, and/or too expensive). She asked me if I would take some time to think about it, and I was willing to at this point because I saw she was trying to help me. Mary then told me something along the lines of, "I understand how you feel." To which I then replied, "No, you don't." Mary then became inappropriately upset by this and began yelling at me. She yelled, "I do understand how you feel! You don't know me! I am MUCH OLDER THAN YOU AND I HAVE A LOT MORE LIFE EXPERIENCE THAN YOU! YOU DON'T KNOW WHERE I'VE BEEN OR WHAT I'VE BEEN THROUGH!" I was already upset and crying, but she continued to yell at me for a few more minutes. I am extremely upset by this incident. While it is true that I don't know Mary and what she's been through, she doesn't know me either. Just because she spent a little under an hour with me for the intake does not make her an expert on me. Also, just because she is older than me, that doesn't automatically means she is wise. Age in itself is not indicative of a person's wisdom or ability to empathize. I do not appreciate being berated when I was reaching out for help. I am also furious I was treated this way after I PAID for service. Just because Mary is older than me, that doesn't give her the right to yell at me like I am a child. I am an individual, and I deserve to be treated with dignity. After Mary yelled at me, she then very angrily asked, "Well, what do you want to do?! Do you want to think about it?! Do you want to get back to me later?!" I replied, "Well, I definitely am NOT going to get back to you after the way you treated me." Mary said, "Okay!" and hastily rushed me out the door. I replied, "Well, thanks for nothing." To which she snarkily said, "You're very welcome, Rose!" So, I am now back to square one with looking for a therapist. If this is the way all Bosque Mental Health therapists treat clients, then I would recommend everyone seeking help stay FAR AWAY from this agency.
