I agree with that post about Cindy Haines - horrible - she is only for the money. Horrible.

Cindy Haines is not a very good psychologist. I've been to several other psychologist but she happen to be the worst but then again that's my personal experience.

I was shocked to read the two negative reviews for Dr. Cindy Haines. I have been a client of Dr. Haines for many years. I began therapy with Dr. Haines seeking help for debilitating depression and anxiety, as well as Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. I have also experienced a long history of physical, emotional and sexual abuse.Dr. Haines is a highly skilled experienced professional. I felt emotionally safe and very comfortable working with Dr. Haines. She is always responsive during a crisis. In addition to the trauma work we have done, Dr. Haines has encouraged and supported writing narratives and poetry. My writing has helped me discover "a voice of my own," which was one of my goals in therapy. Dr. Haines and I used my writing to help process my therapy sessions. Therapy with Dr. Haines has gifted me me more than I can ever say. However, the most important gift has been to break the cycle of abuse, be a good mother, and know my daughter is safe and loved.

Sadly, I agree about Dr. Haines. My daughter was a patient of her many years ago. Initially, I was hopeful that Dr. Haines would provide our family and daughter with the support that we needed. After several visits, Dr. Haines felt that my daughter had a different diagnosis than what was initially suggested and referred us to another therapist but not before charging us the full amount for the session although we were there for no more than 10 minutes. Not only would I never go back but I would also never bring my child to anyone else she would ever suggest.
