If I could give a zero to Charles Shu, I would. Not only does he not return calls but he is completely uncommunicative with parents of minor children, unless it is about financial issues. He was incapable of noticing a manic episode.

Nice environment and friendly staff, but the whole place needs lots of improvement. Was told they took my insurance but then had to pay $100 out of pocket...? Only to contact my insurance company and find out I should be fully covered. When contacted about this, they confirmed that it was covered and I would be refunded but they never refunded me until a couple months later after asking several times. The actual therapy is nothing special, pretty generic CBT. Even if you say you don't want to do CBT they want you to "just try it". Sorry but if I say I know that doesn't work for me, why am I wasting my time with it? Had to leave here after I was charged $150 for a missed appointment that I was never reminded of and couldn't even reschedule for another 2 weeks.
