I do love it there but the absolutely LONG wait just to start is absurd. This is the second time I tried getting back into therapy and Im constantly being told that someone is going to call me. You'll be waiting for 2 months before you'll get a call back. But once you do finally get started with the process you'll love it, the employee's are absolutely amazing.

I’ve been coming here for a year and a half, and I was checking out while making an appointment. While checking out, I was given a sheet with my appointment, but not my metro card. I assumed the lady checking me out was so preoccupied with the appointment, she forgot the metrocard. I walk up to the lady who checked me out and politely told her she hadn’t given me my metrocard. She has the nerve to raise her voice on me and insist that she did. She gave me such a nasty attitude. When I didn’t leave, she began to call someone who had been standing there the whole time, yelling about how she had given me my metrocard. Very unprofessional. I’m considering leaving this clinic, her attitude was not appreciated in the slightest when I did absolutely no wrong.

DONT GO TO Janice de angelo SHE LIED about me to the police saying i was gonna hurt myself, i was arrested and taken to the hospital. will janice pay my hospital bills??? They then refuse to help me with my disorders, I want help

They told us we'd have to sit in the lobby for 30 mins before being seen. We waited an hour and weren't seen. I don't feel they respect clients time and work schedules. We will be seeking a different location for therapy. Plus my son's school let's out at 4:30 daily and they said the only time they can do intake is 1pm or earlier. So now my son missed school time for nothing. Smh

My mother went to her appoiment it was time to closed and she went to the bathroom everybody left and closed everything she still inside crying for 2 hours nobody respond and the police came to brake the doors nobody say im sorry or nothing very bad situation very inresponsible staff

Except for 2 specific therapist....waste of time, I'm of course speaking of a doctor. Think she's one, never properly introduced herself. (MAYBE DR. G....)
