If I could give this practice less than one stars I would. The most DISRESPECTFUL staff I have had the misfortune to interact with. Dr. Krosnick is rude, unprofessional, and a downright liar. I have never been treated with such disrespect, and will not be returning to this practice and will NEVER recommend that others go here. Shame on all of you.

My middle daughter has struggled with ADHD and Dr. Miller and Wendy have been so great!!! They are also counseling my other two daughters since we have just gone through a nasty divorce. I would not hesitate to recommend that office at all. I have never felt rushed or that they did not listen to my concerns.

We were very unhappy with Dr. Miller and have since changed doctors. We felt rushed through appointments, and she seemed uninterested in answering our questions. She didn't take enough time to arrive at a nuanced diagnosis. Most damning of all, perhaps, was that she did not address our child's worsening problems for months, refusing to change medications or recommend other treatments, until our child's illness was so severe as to require hospitalization. While Dr. Miller is intelligent and qualified, she seemed to lack the compassion and curiosity that should be the hallmarks of a good child and adolescent psychiatrist.

I called in an attempt to make an appointment as a first-time patient. The girl who answered the phone was not helpful, especially since I told her I did not think I could wait that long to see the doctor. I am aware that it takes a while to get an appointment but she was not friendly nor sympathetic to me or my situation. This office should do a better job of training their employees to deal with sensitive situations and people who are experiencing distress or difficulties. As someone who holds a Master's degree in psychology, I am shocked that a therapy office would find that acceptable.

Dr. Miller wouldn’t listen to what the patient was saying. She automatically assumed what was wrong without asking what the patient thought. She doesn’t care about what the patient would like and what they have to say.

DO NOT GO HERE!! They have zero compassion for their patients and being a new patient, I figured they would be nice and cautious with me and the receptionist and doctor gave me the nastiest treatment and impression ever! Don’t even think about being one minute late because they will call and harass you!! I travel over an hour away for this doctor, twice!! The first time I was 10 minutes late and they turned me away and wouldn’t even let me come inside, I was calling them from their parking lot!! The second time on my way to my appointment, the receptionist called me literally 4:00 on the dot since that was my appointment time and ask where I was and I told her on my way, I’ll be there in a few minutes and she’s replied saying if you’re not here in a few minutes the doctor will not be able to see you, in such a rude way. When I got to the office, they told me the doctor left but that made no sense since I had an appointment and I was the last appointment of the day and supposedly the doctor had left early I guess, but nice to know that if the doctor would have seen me, I would have probably been rushed. DONT TRUST A DOCTOR WHERE HER PATIENTS ARENT HER FIRST OR MAIN PRIORITIES!! Especially a mental health doctor... I can’t for sure say that she has made my mental state worse and very upset. And the receptionist as well, the worst.

This office is a Very cozy and comforting. The staff is friendly as well. There is little to no wait time on the days I've gone to see Dr.Konrad. I like that she's a very easy person to talk to and doesnt make me feel pressured on any subject at any level. I was recommended to this office, and now, i myself, will recommend this place and Dr. Konrad to others.

This place should be extremely embarrassed of how they run things. They NEVER refill my prescriptions, have left me 6 days without my medication because they “kept forgetting.” They have completely forgotten about my appointments before, despite sending confirmation texts the day before. Once I got hung up on by the horrible staff who answer the phone and they truly do not value their patience. We are dollar signs to them and it shows. Do yourself a favor and don’t even try it out.

Is it wrong to say I love Dr Konrad? She’s awesome! Unlike other medical professionals who just throw meds at you and push you out the door, she really talks to you and builds a relationship. The staff is always accommodating and friendly, too! Office is clean and comfy, and it’s warm and inviting; not your typical drs office.

I was looking at how many reviews had the same thing to say including what I have to say. THEY ARE very rude to begin with, dr Konrad is amazing and if her staff wasn't so dang rude and non caring I would rate this 4 stars. A director needs to be contacted due to this issue because I seen 3 already are saying the something I'm saying right now. Also they are EXTEREMLY hard to get in contact with. I had left a voicemail 2 days in a row about my appointment and no one had bothered to call me back. I finally got in touch with them and said did you get my cancel and the lady says yes we did. I said oh ok I'm just curious due to I didn't get a call back or anything. I love Dr.Konrad but I'm not sure if I want to continue coming here due to the fact that I have to pay 200 every time I come and they will not allow anyone to see me until I pay. I had asked if they could let me pay half and then half next week I offered to give my card number and they denied, and said if you cant pay she cant see you. I said well if something happens to me then YOUR reliable for NOT letting me see my doctor that has me on medication, again they did not care what so ever.

Despite the nice atmosphere/staff as well as my overall gratitude towards Dr. Miller, I've adjusted my review to be more accurate, lowering it from four stars to two. Now, I can deal with emergency situations arising and appointments not starting on time. What I can't tolerate is the fact that it is easier to adopt a Chinese baby than to get my prescriptions filled. I don't know what has been going on there the last few months and I REALLY like Dr. Miller and the office staff, but getting prescriptions filled has been a mess. My experience goes one of three ways. 1. All of your medications actually get refilled (rarely). 2. Half of them get refilled and you have to call the office to have this rectified. 3. Nothing gets filled/wrong medication gets filled and you have to call the office. I hope things improve and the office goes back to the awesome place it was.
