Used my week of to travel to New York City and do the 1-week IOP. Best decision I ever made!! Was able to have my sessions either in the morning or afternoon and use the rest of the day to sight see around Manhattan. Was truly rewarding to take a vacation while also taking time to work on some of my interpersonal relationship issues. Learned a ton of cbt and dbt skills to take back with me and use to continually work on. The therapists were with me every step of the way. Even created a plan to help me return home I continued to do weekly sessions. The office staff was very helpful with providing me information about nearby hotels and local attractions and the office is within walking distance to Central Park, Times Square, Columbus Circle, Port Authority, Broadway shows and MoMA. Truly, Thank you!

Spacious and relaxed atmosphere. Couches and chairs are very comfortable to sit on. There was always cold drinks in the fridge to take one and drink during my sessions. Friendly and welcoming environment!

Location is great! Right in Columbus Circle area and accessible after work. Patient care coordinators are super helpful and flexible with finding appointments around my work schedule. Have had around 8 sessions so far and already seeing tremendous improvement. Can't thank the therapists enough. Worth the investment.

After I had my initial intake the office got back to me the next day and developed an individualized treatment program tailored to my needs. They have weekly DBT groups also that I would have liked to go to but I work in the evenings. There are snacks/drinks in the waiting area which is a nice touch.
