Very easy to talk to. Nice setting, you dont feel like you are in some greedy medication pushing office...He has a much better approach to healing. Spiritual, and self healing. Finding ways to deal with the difficulties in life, within yourself. We all have the capability to find peace in ourselves. Sometimes we just need some help finding our own way to accomplish this :) I would recommend him to anyone.

I agree with the other posters! Dr. Woodard does actually care about you and your privacy. I have been seeing him off and on for years, and have even brought my son in for his help. He has very good techniques for managing Anxiety and working through issues. He is very patient as I am currently going through probably the worst crisis in my life and he has had to deal with Metlife on my behalf and I know he is looking out for my best interest and NOT the insurance company! I am very that I have him in my corner for help. I have seen lot's of therapists over the years and he is by far my favorite...do NOT hesitate to see him!

I'm having problems with serious anxiety and have been on and off therapy for years. Dr. Woodard says it's too much work for him.

Dr. Fredrick Woodard is the best Doctor in New England. He can help heal your life without medication or crazy diagnosis. He is honest, confidential, trusting and makes you feel safe. I had him as my therapist for many years when I was going thru a lot of bullshit when i was a child and I found him to be the most amazing blessing to find a person who could help me overcome what I was going thru. Especially for my therapist to be a man, I thought it would be hard and uncomfortable. I find a lot of other females in the case that I was given also have a hard time working with male Doctors but Dr. Woodard is an exception,he is a very gentle human being and brings a lot of comfort and joy when talking to him and in your life.
