I wish I could rate zero stars. I brought my elderly mother in to see Dr Warren Fitzgerald for an evaluation of her cognitive function. This was recommended by her PCP. When we arrived for her appointment and I asked Dr. Fitzgerald what would be the substance of the appointment, he told me he was assessing her and that was all that I needed to know. When I asked for further information, was it a series of questions, etc. he again informed me that I had the info I needed as I am not a medical professional. I pointed out that we were trying to determine what was being done and why. He stated that he would prepare a report for her PCP, and if I felt qualified to read that, I could. He then asked me to leave the room. I was upset by this rude and unprofessional response and phoned her PCP to tell them that I did not want him doing future evaluations on her. Also unimpressive to me was that his wife has gone out to get him coffee and disrupted the session to bring it in to him. 6/28/17

I was going to be tested for ADD and Dr Fitzgerald was a friendly guy. However, I found the evaluation process to be less discussion based than I had hoped it would be because I think there’s a lot to talk about. As for the two receptionists, I found them to be extremely unfriendly and condescending. For people who work with neurodivergents, you’d think they would have a more understanding attitude. One of them even rolled her eyes at me because I failed to fill in part of the paperwork. I’m not dumb, ladies. I’m getting tested for a reason but I don’t deserve to be treated like I’m an idiot. Get a different job if you don’t like people so much.

Two negative reviews hit it on the head. This guy is just collecting a check from your insurance. Nothing good to say about his office. His receptionist are still the same nasty ones.
