Excellent so far. I had my first appointment less than a week after calling, and part of that was because of Thanksgiving. Ben Ballou has been fantastic. The front desk staff have been professional and courteous as well, unlike some other reviews here. I get a text message a few days before each appointment that you reply Yes or No to for confirmation. It's only been a bit over a month, but I have zero complaints!

Got an unsolicited call from Pat Worsley wanting to talk about my son. The same woman who told my ex wife that my adult son should not be allowed to accompany me to his grandmothers funeral. When questioned she lied about it. Completely unprofessional if only she could be held accountable. As soon as Pam dies, your on notice, your fired.

I would avoid this practice at all costs. The staff is willing to "treat" minor children without parental consent, and in defiance of court orders.

I was present when my husband received an unsolicited call from Pat Worsley about his adult son. She was very unprofessional. She lied when asked if she was the one who told his sons ex-wife that his adult son should not attend his Grandmother’s funeral. His adult son wanted to attend his Grandmother’s funeral and was denied attendance based on Pat Worsley’s recommendation, even though she had no viable information. A good therapist does not take sides, rather they should be unbiased. It is my sincere hope that this office take appropriate action.

These people WILL NOT HELP you. Take your kids and run. They're so completely unprofessional and rude. Totally disrespected both my 11 year old son and myself. They are terrible.

My son, and I see different therapists at this office, and know of other friends that see people there and have nothing but wonderful things to say. My son sees Pat Worsely and shes amazing with him, and I see Erica Lemoyne, who is also amazing. Front desk staff is also super friendly, and wonderful to work with. Have been to many therapists over the years, and I can't say enough good things about this practice and all the people in it.

Staff here are friendly and helpful, and Crystal is the best! I would recommend her highly, but she is so good she doesn't have a lot of openings unfortunately. Worth the wait though!
