This place used my credit card with out authorization and charged me $150.00 in unauthorized charges. Two separate charges for $75. Now there is no trust at all. If you can’t trust your counselor with your billing and credit card information, how can-you talk to them about your personal life. It is a-shame that they use unethical billing practices. I also filed a fraud complaint with the Nevada State Medical Board and with the Credit card company. I will never recommend anyone to this office. I would also find out if they are Hippa complaint with your personal information and with your credit or debit card information.
