I scheduled my son an appt. over a month ago with Dr. Green. The day before the appt. I called the office to confirm it since I had not been contacted. I was told they had no record of my appt. because Dr. Green had just up and quit the practice. I took the day off of work for this appt. and this office lacked the courtesy and professionalism to call and let Dr. Green’s patients know that they no longer had an appt because he quit. This is a perfect example of incompetence and disorganization. No wonder Dr. Green quit! Good for him but too bad for his patients!

My first appointment was botched - I don't know who to blame as it was for therapy and not medication. That was fine, but my next appointment a couple days ago, I showed up for 10 minutes early with all my paperwork filled out. An hour later, no one in the waiting room was called. I overheard the guy next to me talking to someone else and said he waited SIX HOURS for his last scheduled appointment. That was when I decided to ask how many people were in front of me since no one had been called back yet. The receptionist told me there were four people in front of me. As I had already wasted an hour of my life waiting for nothing and still had things to do for the day, I asked if she could please call me when I am next in line since I live less than 10 minutes away. She took my number. No call. Ever. Not even to reschedule. Great customer service guys. I had to take off of work for those appointments and I don't get that time back. Now I will have to schedule a NEW appointment with a NEW doctor. Thanks. FYI: Doctors: If you can't handle your patient load, how about you not overbook? People have better things to do than sit in a waiting room hours beyond their SCHEDULED appointment time. Don't forget that we are the ones paying YOU.

They told me that my appointement would be at 6:45 and they confirmed it multiple times yet to my disappointment i was left outside in the cold with my family waiting. Yes, I know it says they close at 5 but they confirmed twice that the would be open for us. I cannot stress how important this was and yet they leave the doors locked and don’t answer their calls.

The staff is very friendly, but everybody is so unorganized. I’ve scheduled 3 appointments, just to go in each time to hear that the appointment was never scheduled. Dr.Green prescribed medicine to my daughter, but they have no records of it. And claims she’s never been seen by the doctor. I refuse to return to a doctor who prescribed medicine, and doesn’t have record of it. So unprofessional.

"Dr" Green is the most worthless human being I've ever come into contact with. No matter what time your appointment you wait literally for HOURS. He is not well educated enough to be prescribing meds. The hospital took me off one of my meds for another condition and I asked Green for a substitute. 4 weeks later and phone calls on my part, I haven't received a call back. The night I was originally there he said he wouldn't be working anymore for the night because he "just got back from Florida." He promised to figure out what I needed and call me back. Like I said it's 4 weeks and counting. I've called 3 times in that span and have never received a call back. Oh and I've been off my antidepressant for those 4 weeks with no substitute. Thanks "Doc".

Roger Green, APRN is no longer with Open Arms. He has been gone for almost a year now. We do have other prescribers and encourage any feedback to be brought to our attention so we can fix the situation. We understand that some patients are unhappy that we do not prescribe controlled substances, such as valium and Xanax. These are highly addictive medications and we are here to help your situation, not cause another problem down the road. We truly care about your health and wellness when you come to Open Arms. Unfortunately, these prescribing practices do not always make us popular on Yelp, but we care more about helping you than these reviews. We will not prescribe dangerous meds to boost our reviews. The wait time was minimal and Dr. Green is great! Finally a therapist that will listen to my daughter. She was comfortable speaking with him which is very very rare for her. This place has good vibes and the staff is kind and considerate. The schefuling is flexible.

The staff was so friendly and really helped make us feel comfortable. We were called back almost as soon as we finished our paperwork. Dr. Green was so easy to talk to that I was not embarrassed and I felt like he wanted to help.
