Agree with Jaime about Shelly and April's bad discouraging costumer service. Their psychologist David Schroeder was also mean, unprofessional and seemed like under the influence of something. Got more hurt than helped there!

We really liked this office. There was some issues with their reminder system and the lady at the front desk seemed bothered about having to do her job sometimes but we loved our therapist, Chris. He was great with our 6 year old and accommodating when I had to bring our other kids to the sessions. He also helped us find a new therapist after we were no longer his patients. We would recommend this office.

I'm thinking some of these negative reviews are outdated. I've been going to Oasis for almost a year, and did experience some issues early on. However, the last 6 months I've seen vast improvements all the way around. All of the staff I've interacted with have been very friendly and quick to solve any problems I have experienced from appointments to billing. Kent Dail, the director has personally taken the time out to meet with me on two occasions to resolve problems early on. Dr. Danielle Moreggi is the most amazing and supportive therapist I've ever worked with. I also consider my experience with neuropsychological testing excellent. I feel supported and am very happy with my experience there. I'd recommend them to anyone needing counseling, psychotherapy, or testing.

I called this location to gather some information on what they can do for my 6 year old child, and instead of giving me any slight clue on what services they can offer, this lady asked for my insurance.
