After waiting 20 days for this appointment, Dr Heidi never showed up. This was my 1st appointment so I was told to be there 30 mins prior to fill out paperwork. The receptionist told me to sit upstairs and no one came to get me, fill out paperwork, or acknowledge me. I sat for 30 mins and the receptionist downstairs said that this happens a lot. Never again! I can not believe that I wasted this much time waiting for this appointment.
