The only issue I have with the practice is the cattlehearding style waiting room. Made me feel inhumane, unwelcomed, judged, and irrelevant. After a 2 year deep depression and 2 recent failed pregnancies in the last 4 months, i was maticulous in who I would choose for help. I picked this facilitu, this doctor, and made me feel worst than i ever felt in my 33 years of existence. He was more into hearing his own voice and making me feel unwelcomed instead of listening and helping. He immediately said i dont feel comfortable helping you immediately upon my admission to being a patient at a nental hospital. Fyi: i was attacked by neighbors in their early 20s that were hot headed and looking to prove themselves and my reaction was a savage attacked after the boy and his girlfriend attacked me. I became a caged lion (leo that i am) it was self defense but being that i skipped my medicine for a week, people tend to automatically judge you and label you. I have never been so humiliated, destroyed, and defeated as a woman/Person ever in my entire life...By anyone, let alone some supposed professional help. Others may not be so understanding, as this will happen to another brave person that takes the first steps to making some kind of peace in your life. YOU ARE Fired

When i first visited i was under treatment for anxiety, depression, and had discontinued treatment for my ADHD. My last caregiver only treated my anxiety and depression which helped but i was still cloaked with the inability to focus and complete things. Dr Zedek and the team has welcomed me warm heartedly and they’ve changed my overall life. Now all mental and emotional health issues are under control. My openness is much greater and my ability to connect to people is far more genuine and doesn’t put pressure on me. The front desk crew is always friendly, the flow in the office is seamless, and Dr Zedek is a perfect balance of relational and physiatrist services in one. I loss my 2nd born to SIDS Saphfyrre Starr January 24- April 12, 2005. Later in 2005 I hospitalized and I was diagnosed with anxiety and mental/mood disorders schizophrenia, bipolar disorder. December 2009 I was hospitalized for about 2 weeks, again in February 2011. Dr. Zedek from Las Vegas Nevada put me on Ziprasidone this medication decreases hallucinations and help you to think more clearly and positively about yourself, feel less agitated, and take a more active part in everyday life. Citalopram is used to treat depression. It may improve your energy level and feelings of well-being. Citalopram is known as a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI). This medication works by helping to restore the balance of a certain natural substance (serotonin) in the brain. These are the two medications that I am on to treat my disorder. Dr. Zedek and his TEAM are truly AMAZING and I am forever GREATFUL to meet them all!!!!!!!! During this turning point in my life, I've held a fulltime job in Retail since 2001.So we decided that he would be a stay at home father to Brianna. I started working at the Day's Inn as a night auditor until I started my journey with Sam's Club Aug. 26, 2006- January 8, 2018 where I was the Marketing Team Lead. While I was in Minnesota I wanted join the MIT (manager in training) program for a future goal, but then I realized tat I didn't wanted to work 50+ hours and take away from my family time! I ended my career in retail after a long 17 years of dedicated service. Then I started working at the Hilton Garden Inn Henderson, NV since Feb. 7, 2018 as a night auditor/ front desk. I love my new job in the hospitality world! I am stress free!! It's been over 5 years since my last hospitalization. In 2011-2013 a graduated from the University of Phoenix obtaining my Associates of Arts in Business Management. I start August 14, 2018 to further my education at the University of Phoenix to obtain a bachelor's of science degree in business in hospitality. After I obtain my Bachelor's I'm going to join MIT manager in training) program through Hilton Garden Inn. Fifthteen months ago my husband Nick Plaster, Brianna, our doggie Gizmoe, my in-laws Debbie and Tim Plaster, sister-in-law Alameda and brother-in-law Anthony Plaster, their two cats Sam and Golden ( they also rescued a doggie she's four years old, her name is Lovely) all moved to Henderson Nevada from Anoka Minnesota on my birthday last year June 7th, 2017. We made it safe and sound to Henderson Nevada on June 10, 2017 to our beautiful new homes in a gated community with two swimming pool and two hot tubs!! On March 24, 2018 Nick, Brianna and I rescued our newest family member Skeeter from the Animal Foundation here in Las Vegas. Skeeter is a year and a half!!!! He's a great companion for our boston terrier Gizmoe that's going to be nine on August 26, 2018! On July 16, 2018 we met with a lawyer so Brianna can finally be legally adopted by my husband Nick Plaster!!! Part of the process is asking/making Brad (Brianna's biological father) to terminate his parental rights in order for Nick to adopt her. This is our next journey as a whole family! Brianna considered Nick to be her Dad on her 5th birthday when we went to Pump it Up (a family fun inflatable bouncy house)!!!!!! Nick and I have been together since February 14, 2008. Nick and I got engaged on February 29, 2010 and we tied the knot on February 29, 2012!!!! We've been a beautiful and happy family since then, just the three of us... NOW just the five of us!!!! We all look forward to seeing what God has stored for us by taking one day at a time and fight to the end!!!!!! We look forward to seeing Brianna continue growing into an intelligent young lady! As well as seeing her go through high school, then college after.

I was diagnosed with a major depressive disorder around 5 years ago. Dr. Zedek's prescriptions definitely help a lot. I was barely able to get out of bed before I took his prescriptpons. Now I am able to get out of bed early in the morning. He gets straight to the point and makes sure that you're keeping up with what he says.

*DR. ZEDEK REQUIRES ALL HIS PATIENTS TO GIVE HIM A REVIEW - HENCE THE EXCESSIVE 5 STAR RATINGS* I wouldn't recommend Dr. Zedek to anyone. I went to him for a few months and had enough. Here is a summary of my experience: I went in since this doctor was under my United Health Care insurance, so I thought I would give him a shot. Firstly, his staff in the lobby consists of really immature young ladies who don't seem to care about who you are, why you're there, and what you need. All you do is sign in, they ask you for your money, and then they call you back. The first day I saw him, we talked for maybe 5 minutes tops, and he immediately diagnosed me, wrote me a prescription, and walked me out. Moreover, the amount of wait times differentiates on the day. Some days it's a breeze to get in, maybe a 10 min wait, and then some days its a 2 HOUR WAIT. They don't tell you that it's going to be that long, not even if you're on time for your appointment or anything. However, if you're waiting for your doctor for any amount of time, you would expect to actually have the ability to speak to your doctor and not be rushed out. With doctor Zedek, unfortunately, he'll just walk you into his office, ask "how are you?", then nods his head, writes you your prescription, and has you leave. Also, no doctor should require you to come back every month just to get a re-fill on your prescription. He doesn't change it or anything, he just wants you to pay for that co-pay so he can keep racking in $$$. A true honest doctor will first follow up with you every other week, then every other month, and so forth. Once you have the right set of medication, that's it. You should not be required to go back every month to get the same thing over and over. Regarding the fact of the google reviews, it is true that he basically requires you to write a review for him. What he will do is corner you and say 'do you feel better?', and of course by then you'll say yes. Then he'll ask if you can write a review for him, and he'll insist on it and have his assistant sit next to you, walk you through on your phone, and watch you write it and wait for you to do it. So, all of these reviews are biased considering you have someone watching over you, making sure you leave a good review. Do yourself a favor and go to someone else. I can't express this enough that Dr. Zedek is just taking advantage of people who need help.

I came here for a second opinion originally. After my third visit I felt like this was where I should be. The front staff is friendly and fast. DR z listens asks the right questions and always makes me feel like he is working his best to make me feel the best. I also go to talk therapy here. Everyone is great. They don't care about patients, they do care about your money though. I was dr. Zedek's patient and I won't come back ever again. During my last visit (visits always take max 4-5minutes this is how long he writes prescription) he asked me to go to his assistant office and write a positive review about him in front of his assistant during my visit time I payed 100$ for. I find this extremely disrespectful. They treat sick people like idiots and I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. Basically every time you go there he will change your meds usually double dose even if you say you feel great, so every single month you need to see him for a min.without even proper conversation just to get meds, even pharmacist was surprised because usually they see prescription for 6 + months. This place made me feel worst because I expected a clinic to be helpful not a place full of scam.
