I had scheduled my son an appt. to see Dr. Cruey over a month ago and I took the day off of work in order to take him. A few days before the appt. I was called and told his appt. was cancelled because he had not been into the office for counseling and that was their Policy. Why was I not informed in advance of this POLICY? I would have gladly brought him in for counseling had I known this. In the end the one who’s negatively affected is my child. This is a perfect example of a business being ran without compassion or empathy for their patients. Stay away and go find a place that truly cares and wants to help people not add more aggravation and stress to their lives!

I have struggled so long to find a therapy center like this one! The staff here are friendly and patient with me, and in the past I have been so torn down by other therapy office staff bc of lack of patience! Here I feel welcomed and understood and my therapist (Cheri) is probably the best I've encountered in my 20 year journey of healing and wellness. She is down to earth, practical and extremely compassionate. Highly recommend!

Great office great staff. Wonderful for kids. Love the turtles. Wonderful with our 4 year old. Very great scheduling too. Tony is amazing in front office. All the staff is wonderful!

Front desk reception was not good. Called to make an appointment & was told only one of the receptionists could process my insurance - said they'd call back. I called back the following day & the next after hearing nothing from them. Finally heard back almost 2 weeks later & was told they don't process my insurance. What??? This staff clearly needs more training on insurance.

I give the counselors there five stars. However the scheduling department only recieve one star. Every time I call to find out about my son appointment the young lady don know anything and she can’t give out the information about the appointment. So what is the point of calling if she can’t answer any questions? I called another time and was given a schedule only to find out that schedule was wrong. Then another lady gave me a whole new schedule that was different from what the other lady said. When I take my son for and appointment he don’t have one and on the other hand when I don’t take him he has an appointment. This is so frustrating for me because the scheduling department is trying to make it seem as though it is my fault when clearly I’ve been given the wrong information. Anyone that know me, they know I’m a well organized and my is life is structured and routine. I am very disappointed and unsatisfied Parent! I will try to resolve this issue but if I can I will have to pull my son.

If I could give zero stars I would. I am new to the area and I am autistic. I scheduled an appointment with this location for 11am on a Tuesday. When I got the reminder call, they lady told me it was scheduled for 3pm. I told her that was incorrect. She said there was nothing she could do except for schedule me for a different Time, so we agreed on noon for the same day off my original appointment. I asked to have a supervisor contact me. I missed the supervisor's call (she didn't leave a voicemail) and when I called back I got an answering machine with no return call to my message. I show up for my noon appointment only to be told it was scheduled for 1pm! I couldn't do 1pm as I had a dental appointment already scheduled. The manager was unavailable. No one showed a single drop of empathy, no one offered am apology, and everyone was very nonchalant. I took me bringing that up to get an apology. I will not come back here. This is not a good first impression on someone who is new.
