Billye is saving my life staffs amazing she actually listens to you and lets you know the truth i never done theraphy but by far she is amazing i see the. Doc next week for meds lets see if he is like her so far i give this place 10 stars!

I have contacted them to get help and was quite happy with their staff. The therapist was able to see me the next day for an assessment and start services right away. I have been seeing them for a while now; my therapist is easy to talk to and the staff is friendly when I come in. I’d recommend this place if you are need of support.

I'm not an easy person to be counseled I have a lot of damage to unpack and when I get going I DON'T STOP. Jaina (my counselor, therapist) was so incredibly kind and understanding to who I am and how I trail off it was just one of the most comforting things ever I'm used to being scolded when I do that sort of thing. Her understanding and ability to help me work through our first session was what dreams are made of I can't wait to see her again. Not only was she amazing but she matched me with a psychiatrist who she knew would work well with me and my not just throw medications at me. Also the receptionist (I can't remember her name to save my life) was so sweet and compassionate I remember I went to this place called seven hills in Henderson and their receptionist made me CRY because they though i wouldn't be able to pay where the receptionist at Illuminations would probably hold my hand and walk me to my counselors office if I asked and I could not be more thankful and grateful. I can't wait to continue treatment with everyone here and look forward to every appointment I have.

I was referred to Dr Leon. He handled my problems with dignity and professionalism. He never degraded me or any question I posed to him. Instead, he explained it on a level of my understand. Thank you for all your continuing help and support

I am happy to have found this place . The staff are great and so are the drivers . I look forward to coming here every week . The therapists are awesome and helpful . They provide ride services as well which has made it possible for me to even see a therapist . Very grateful for Illuminations Counseling.

I started coming back about a month ago. Liked it a lot just like I did before. I recently switched to two week visits. I asked Aex in the front if he had my appointment down for two weeks at 5pm he said he would remember. Well here we are two weeks later I'm left alone in the lobby with no one to help me, the receptionist was gone and after waiting 30 minutes another therapist noticed me and checked in on my therapist and said she's in a session there's nothing I can do. What a lovely way to make me feel wanted for more than money.

I am very pleased with their staff. When I called I was able to be seen the next day. I was quite happy to use their free transportation services. Antony, the driver is very nice and approachable. He even gave me a snack for the ride. My therapist is working well with me and helping me deal with some issues I have from my past. Thank you Illuminations for the support. I keep on coming every week, same day same time. It is a good routine to have.
