Margaret is such a kind and creative person. She is very easy to talk to and even purchased one of my sculptural lamps and had it installed in her office after supporting me at one of my art shows. Five stars!

I wish we still lived close enough to utilize Dr. Dixon's services. She was the psychologist at the school my kids attended in Gardnerville, and she cared so much about the kids, I know she will be a fantastic psychologist in the therapy setting as well. I was so happy to read about her efforts to help people with PTSD, so very needed!

The stars say it all - there is really not much more I need to say. .. but I will anyway. Margaret's overflowing capacity for kindness and caring for the well being of others is what really impresses me about her. Add to that her significant experience and dedication, backed by her passion to help people return to joyous life and well... why would you want to go to anybody else? One of the tools she incorporates is EMDR - which is a very interesting and surprisingly effective technique - and unlike other therapy techniques you don't have to say anything at all! (other than reporting levels of intensity). I highly recommend it, and she is the only one in the area trained in EMDR - a bonus for the community. My personal experience and success with EMDR led me to explore Binaural Beats - a somewhat related audio technology that helps promote optimal brainwave states - and that ultimately led me to the yogic sciences of self-discovery and living consciously. Now I'm on an unexpected transformational journey and I'm more blissful and optimistic about life than ever before. Margaret could never have known how far it would take me; It was my own curiosity and need to know about myself that drove me further, but I absolutely must give credit to Margaret for shining a very bright light onto a previously dimly lit path; she can do the same for you.

My Universe has sent me the greatest gift. Dr. Dixon is awesome. I have been able to find my path with her guidance and her ability to make me honor my truth. From the first day, safety was NOT an issue. Being honest with myself and her, was done with grace and no judgement. EVER. I am still on the path of self-discovery with Dr. Dixon. I was NOT a believer in EMDR. Now I am a champion of it. It works. The Universe does not always give you what you want but it will always give you what you NEED. I needed Dr. Dixon. I received what I needed and now I feel worthy to ask for what I need and feel deserving of what I want.

I was pleasantly surprised with my results from my EMDR work with Dr Dixon - quick, effective and simple sessions... I've participated in a variety of therapeutic techniques and the common thread is they usually require several sessions, sometimes a year or two...with the EMDR work I did with Dr Dixon, we were able to get a good amount of work done in very few sessions...I love Dr Dixon's compassion for her work and clients.
