Coercion, physical, psychological and financial abuse. Prejudiced staff might pin you down, drug you into oblivion for waking up at night. Slam doors on fingers. If you take someone here, then be prepared to lose them, because they might hate you forever. Or commit suicide. Or just never be the same again. Fear, isolation, debt, guilt and betrayal... fun for the whole family.

The Carson Tahoe Behavioral Health Service is one focused not on a patient's insurance, but rather the patient themselves. I trust these care providers in upholding the golden rule for a close loved one of mine. I speak with integrity, noone ever wants to have anything to do with the difficulties, the trials and tribulations from hospitalization of any sort, be it a patient or staff, however, may it be of comforting reminder, from a veteran soldier medic boots on the ground, that, "Good people come together in times of need."
