Frank has helped me with my CPAP machine on two different occasions. It is because of him that I was finally able to get a full night of sleep after issues with my machine. My home health company wasn’t even able to help me fix the issues. I am calling him again today in hopes that he can achieve success for a third time. He has been amazing and truly knows the products!

This is an outstanding company and team to work with. From the scheduling staff to the back room folks they are all very helpful. While at first it seemed like it was going to be 4 to 6 weeks to wait for my sleep studies, I got put on a cancellation list and in both cases had my next test within the week. I have had my two sleep studies there, my first PSG and then my CPAP titration. They have been very patient with me explaining the process to me. From the sleep techs to Frank in the day shop, walking me through the prescription process it has been perfect. If every other company in this CPAP process would be like this I wouldn't be beating my head into the wall just trying to get a diagnosis and equipment to get better. Keep up the great work!

My husband had 2 separate sleep laboratory studies here. The at home sleep study was inconclusive. The stag was very thorough in explaining all the procedures and session to him and myself. The clinicians, Catherine and Harlan were great in every step of the way. We have now determined what he has and we have clarity on what to do next. I highly recommend this facility for diagnostic sleep apnea testing.

Harlan took good care of me when I spent the night for a sleep study. He offered me an extra blanket, which I declined, but pro tip: take the extra blanket. They keep it on the cold side, which I didn't even notice 'til after I was trying to get to sleep.

Kirby and her staff have been nothing short of amazing in assisting us in the process. We would highly recommend this place for your needs based on the staff alone. This was a very good experience for me. I had a sleep study done at this facility on April 22, 2019. From the time I walked in the door at 7:30pm until I left about 5:00am the following morning, I was treated very well. This was my first Sleep Apnea study done and using the CPAP machine made a big difference for me concerning my quality of sleep. I left smiling that morning, I actually slept differently than I have in many years from using the machine. My Tech Daniel was great, I may have misspelled his name here but he was very professional, explained things to me in detail, and very respectful. If you need to have a Sleep Apnea study done, come to this facility and receive the VIP treatment like I did. Thank you to everyone there for your great treatment.

Julissa the young lady that assisted me with the at home equipment was extremely caring and thorough. She made me feel comfortable with the equipment and explained everything accurately. I had an overnight sleep study at another facility that was so uncomfortable that I failed to be able to sleep. I asked her is she could show me their overnight rooms and the facility in case I needed to return for it. She was very accommodating. The facility is VERY clean, the rooms are inviting and have been set up to be a bedroom you may find in a hotel. They have created an environment that promotes the ability to fall asleep.

I knew my doctor had requested a sleep study. At Home Sleep Studies called me to set up an appointment before I had a chance to even think about calling them. When I arrived, Julissa made sure I was comfortable with everything before I headed home. Frank "the Tank" allowed me to sit in one of the rooms to watch TV before my Paratransit ride arrived (almost 2 hrs. later). Thanks for caring for me like I'm family.

This was my 3rd Sleep Study over the last 10 years, but my first with At Home Sleep Studies. They are completely professional with very accommodating personnel, especially BELINDA. I am a wuss and knew that the bedroom would be too cold, so I requested a warm room. I also sleep only on my right side, so they set up the bed, so that the equipment and the entry and exit from the bed were on the left and they supplied a heater and an extra blanket. All of this was ready when I arrived for the sleep test. The rooms are very clean and the beds very clean and comfortable. After the test, they advised me that the results would be sent to my doctor within 2 weeks. In 10 days, my doctor received the report, signed off on it and faxed it back. At Home Sleep Studies then sent my doctor the Rx and followed up 4 times with him to make sure he returned it signed. IF YOU NEED A SLEEP TEST, THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE IN THE LAS VEGAS AREA TO HAVE IT

I called and found out that they could read the chip from my c-pap machine and provide print-out for me to give to the physician doing my D.O.T physical. From the moment I entered the facility, everyone went above and beyond to assist me. Frank was especially helpful, providing the print-out from the machine and information as to where I could obtain C-PAP supplies. Where customer service seems to be non-existent anymore, it was such a relief to find people that excel in their jobs and make the client a priority. Thank you staff for all your assistance. Will definitely recommend you and see you for future needs.
