This place needs a new paint job!

absolutely horrible. referred by my doctor, desperately needed an appointment. made one a month in advance, receptionist said, "yes we accept your insurance, starting july 1st" even on website says they take my insurance. AN HOUR BEFORE my appointment they call & say they wont take my insurance until september. really? HORRIBLE!!! i could have scheduled another appointment as i need to be seen! do not recommend, no wonder their ratings are low.

My daughter had an appointment 4 months ago and her therapist told us to make an appointment in a month I go to the front desk people and couldn't make an appointment for a month because she was booked but there is an appointment 2 months later so I decided to get that appointment a couple of days before that appointment I get a call saying the therapist was not going to be there because of a personal matter and the lady on the phone says but I can get you another appointment but it would be 2 months after which made it 4 months without seeing a therapist 1 day before my daughter appointment I get a call reminding me of her appointment I confirm her appointment. I go the day of the appointment and the lady at front tells me no your not supposed to be here your therapist is not going to be able to see you she has a program she needs to do with a class either way you haven't been here for 4 months. This is horrible service I would not take my kid there ever.

I Love this place. May not be what everyone expects it to be, but it's a place with people that genuinely want to help you. I was reffered to receive Therapy, & attend an ALL woman ,domestic violence victims group once a week. I loved the all womans group, I loved the experience of being able to meet other women that were going through similar things as myself. Being able to hear other womens stories and be able to tell mine to a safe place, was amazing. I attended the group for about 6 months. Learned how to be a better me, and how to start accepting healthy relationships with others. Kimberely is a amazing person, and I love how honest. ,yet compassionate she is when it comes to her patients. You can tell she really loves what she does. I would definitely recommend this place!!

I spoke to a guy named Rio and he was so f****** rude! Like beyond rude. Why would you guys have a guy like him answering the phone? He made me want to find another place for my son to attend. This guy was snooty, short, acted like he didn't want to be there. If you're not going to be courteous and kind to the people that call, maybe you shouldn't be the person answering the calls. There is no excuse for Rio to act as if he's superior to the people attended ABC Therapy. When I called for more information he kept it short like he didn't want to have to talk to me. His level of rudeness was extremely unnecessary! If you're going to be the first point of contact show some f****** warmth so people will actually want to attend your therapy center. This is a no go for me. How about you guys train your people before you release them to the public.

DO NOT MAKE ANY APPOINTMENT ON THIS CLINIC.... if your appointment is at 3:00 be there around 4:00 , they are so unprofessional ... ridiculous..... I wish i can review -5 starts

Seeing Kimberly Landero here made me feel worse than better. She ignored my previous chart from my previous therapist. Made wild assumptions about my life, didn't listen to me,was more obsessed with her computer than actually helping me and rolled her eyes and basically said i was lying about my disabilities simply because I am young. She encouraged me to go to a "womans group" which i did go to, but i did not fit in one bit. This group is for women who have domestic violence and addiction issues, neither of which are my issues. I felt like I had just wasted a ton of my time, and money, and the only thing I got out of it, is that this woman has too many patients on her hands. She has even said this multiple times during the 4 sessions I saw her. She works in three different areas and has multiple group therapy sessions. So she forgets what she tells what to each group, and its obvious that, she doesn't really care. She's just doing a blanket treatment for these people. that is not what I need. And its not what I think anyone else deserves. We all deserve a therapist that will listen to us, and not forget what we spoke of by the next week.
