If I had the ability to give them no stars I would. They have been doing transport for my foster kids and They have been horrible to work with. I've been a foster parent a few years prior and the provider we had to supervise visits before was amazing compared to these people. Their workers are allowed to change times that we already have scheduled last minute but me as the foster parent I'm not allowed to. Not even if I have the parents permission. They also made one of my foster children sit in their Pee filled pants for an hour and a half while they drive back to Lincoln from Columbus even though there was a pull up that they could've changed her into rather than her Peed in underwear. And they also made my kids get out of the car on the highway to pee on the side of the road without saying anything to us about it our foster kids told us. And then they go and accuse my husband as saying that he is the father of the children and said that he wanted to cancel the visit when that is not it all what he said. He had told the supervisor multiple times that he is not the kids father but the supervisor did not listen and cancel the visit anyways. I do not recommend this company at all.

Family visit at Lincoln office. All the toys in the room were broken or parts missing so 19 month old had little to interact with. There was a tv and things to watch but remote and player were not in room, worker did not know where they were. Carpet was dirty and stained. Blanket that had been there from last visit was dirty with spit up still rolled up on couch. Monitor was nice but doing homework while monitoring visit. I would not recommend using their services if this is environment they have for visits.
