This clinic has been absolutely wonderful with the care of my mother’s shoulder. They are very attentive to her needs, especially with accommodations she needs for a traumatic brain injury. They answer her questions thoroughly, making their answers understandable without dumbing anything down. Best place in town for PT! Everyone has been great! Laura is my primary therapist and is above and beyond helpful. She hit the spot on the needling and it makes a difference. Laura also knew what and where the problems were with my shoulder right away( she was more proactive than my doctor). This is the best place a civilian can get PT in town and they work with my insurance so I don’t have that headache.

This is a very professional yet friendly place. The therapists are caring and encouraging. All the staff are! Always clean environment. My therapist is Laura G., she is very nice and open to questions. She is very positive, doing exercises with you so you can see the correct method. I haven't been in therapy for very long, I have so many problem areas, I think it's going to take a while to see much improvement. Today was my " Graduation Day " ! I feel like I have definite improvement but still have a long way to go. I have been working with Lacey for a while now and she is fantastic! Very positive and knowledgeable. Hailey and Bo are the techs, both are very helpful and encouraging. Ginger manages the front desk. She tries very hard and usually succeeds to get you the appointment times you need. This has been a wonderful experience! I hope I can keep up the exercises, I'm certainly going to try!

My 16 year old son saw Laura G. to get help with tension headaches. I would not have guessed that physical therapy could help with headaches, but it did! We knew it was "graduation day" when Laura asked when his last headache was and his reply was "I don't remember". My son now uses the exercises and stretches learned at physical therapy to keep the headaches from returning.

I agree that all the staff are very friendly and caring. I used to go there for migraines and it helped me so much. However, I have a prescription for therapy again because of hip and back problems. I can barely take a shower without help because of this pain. I made an appointment and then ended up in the hospital for an unrelated incident and I was told today that I cannot be rescheduled because I missed my appointment before while I was in the hospital, even though my mother had called in for me. I was NEVER told anything of this policy. Just be aware that they apparently do. Now I will find therapy someplace else and that is okay because if I'm going to be punished for being in the hospital, I would rather not go there anyway.

I was experiencing a lot of pain with my pregnancy until I went to PT in motion! They were able to help me find some stretches and exercises to help with my back pain. They helped me strengthen my core and my pelvic floor. The therapists were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Since starting PT, I have felt better! I was suffering from headaches almost every evening after work or minimal physical activity and they have been almost nonexistent. For the most part, I agree with everyone on here that they are nice and friendly, however, after going for two weeks, 6 sessions, I was presented with a bill for $800, and told they are out of network and my insurance was not covering any part of the bill. This discussion should have happened at my first appointment. Even my dentist lowered the bill when insurance wasn't covering. I can't afford that and sadly will not be able to continue going even though I am still in a great deal of pain. Very disappointing, I now have to start all over with someone new and have to meet another deductible. I would have found someone in network had I been told that from the beginning. I would not recommend as they are very expensive for what I got.

I thought I was going to have neck and back pain for the rest of my life but Lara and Lacey at physical therapy in motion helped me tremendously! update: when I had my final appointment in January, the receptionist told me if I paid 40 dollars I'd be at a 0 balance. So I paid the 40 dollars expecting to be squared up. Well later that month I got a bill for 362.00. I called the billing number and was told that they "have thousands of customers, we can't keep track of everyones insurance and where they are at on their deductibles." That's fair, but the receptionist shouldn't have told me I would be all paid up after the 40 dollars. Then today I got another bill for 500.00. I'm scared to call.

Six weeks ago, I couldn't lift my left arm above my shoulder. Now I can left it in an arc 50 degrees above the horizontal at my shoulder, more than half way to being able to raise it straight overhead. I'm really happy with the progress that I've made, and I am very grateful to Sarah and Megan.

Compared to PT I have done in CA. This is SO much BETTER!!!! They incorporate all three methods to helping the muscles train or release. You are always with a PT Dr. and you know they really care about your treatment. 3 out my family of 4 are going, because I am so impressed.
