I wish this review was a joke, because it’s pretty sad that the one facet of the world that shouldn’t be stigmatizing mental health, is in fact doing just that. I waited three weeks to speak to someone and go through the intake process which consisted of questions over the phone. That was fine, the three weeks didn’t bother me because I know in this region we have a high demand for mental health services and a shortage of providers. The receptionist was very friendly. What wasn’t okay is that when questioned further as to why they have the policy they do for things like disability, FMLA etc., I was told: A. That they would drop me as a patient for bringing FMLA paperwork to my first appointment. (That really seems like patient’s mental health is your priority, Montana Psychiatry)
