I came to Sally Hand during a very difficult time in my life- I was in a terrible relationship and my mother was terminally ill. I have never had luck with therapist in the past and was very hesitant to go back to therapy because of the multiple terrible experiences I have had in the past, but Sally was warm, welcoming, and so supportive. She has helped me to work through years of traumatic events as well as difficult life events. She is non-judgemental, intelligent, kind, and has helped me to develop very healthy coping mechanisms for stress and trauma. She is wonderful and I recommend her so highly- she is great
