Met with Katie once, and did not get much out of the session, but scheduled the next session anyway. Figured I would give her another try. When I called to confirm the appointment, the appointment I set up with her apparently did not exist. Will not waste any more time.

My son has been seeing a counselor there for many years and has been helped a lot. We've never had trouble getting an appointment. I'm not saying there aren't occasional issues (for example, a patient/client locking the door to the suite from the inside, so he called me and I had to call the counselor and tell her), but nothing that warranted giving a poor review. The good they've done for my son far outweighs any issues that have come up, so much so that I'd rather call them non-issues.

don't even think your going to get an appointment and if by some miracle you do and can't drop every thing your doing to get there than you go back on the very bottom of the waiting list, i wanted for almost two months before i gave up bc clearly they do not care

Made many appointments for my daughter. First time the counselor cancelled because she was sick, which happens. Then she cancelled the next 3 appointments (it would be scheduled several weeks in advance). 2 of them without notice. They never suggested another counselor, or any advance notice when she had to cancel. Overall, very disappointed
